Health fraud

Health fraud is when someone tricks you into thinking something is good for you when it's not. It's like when somebody gives you a medicine or a product that says it will cure or fix something, but it really doesn't do anything or even make you worse.

It's like if someone told you they had a special drink that could cure any sickness, but really it's just colored water. They're lying to you and trying to take your money or do something else bad.

It's important to be careful and not believe everything you hear or see about health. Always ask a doctor or trusted adult before trying any new health products or treatments.
