Hydrofoil board

A hydrofoil board is a special kind of surfboard that has a big metal wing underneath it that helps it glide through water. Imagine if you were standing on a big skateboard, but instead of wheels, it had a big airplane wing attached to the bottom.

When you move forward on the board, the wing lifts up out of the water, and you start to glide on top of the water instead of plowing through it like a regular surfboard. This makes you go really fast and feel like you're flying over the water.

It's kind of like how a plane takes off from the ground, but instead of flying through the air, you're flying on top of the water. And just like how you need a pilot to fly a plane, you need to be a pretty good surfer to ride a hydrofoil board.

But it can be super cool and exciting to ride a hydrofoil board and feel like you're flying on the water!
