ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Industrial park

Okay kiddo, imagine a big playground for grown-up businesses instead of kids’ toys, and that’s what an industrial park is. It’s a place where lots of different factories, warehouses and offices can all work together in the same area.

Just like you play with your friends at the playground, the businesses in the industrial park work together to make things, like cars or toys or even things you eat like cookies or chips. They might need different things to make their stuff like machines, raw materials, or trucks to move things around, and being in the same place makes it easier for them to get what they need.

So basically, an industrial park is like a big playground for businesses to work and play together, and it helps them make things faster and better.
