Italian war crimes

Italian war crimes refer to the actions taken by Italian soldiers during World War II that broke the rules of war. War crimes are acts that were illegal during times of war and don’t follow the rule of international law. Some examples of Italian war crimes include killing unarmed civilians, torturing prisoners of war, and looting. Italian soldiers also forced civilians to do dangerous jobs, such as working in minefields, and they forced people to move away from their homes without giving them food or water. These actions were not allowed by international law, so they were war crimes.
