Milk powder

Milk powder is just like regular milk, but it's been turned into powder form so that it can be stored for longer periods of time.

To make milk powder, first the milk is heated up so that any bacteria in it are killed off. Then, the milk is put into a machine that sprays it into hot air, which dries it out and turns it into a powder.

The powder can be used in all sorts of things like baking, making hot chocolate, and even for baby formula. When you want to use it, all you have to do is mix it with water and it turns back into regular milk!

Milk powder is really handy because it can be stored for a long time, which means we can have milk even if we can't get fresh milk from cows.
