Mindfulness (psychology)

Mindfulness is a type of psychology that helps us stay aware of our thoughts, feelings, and body in the present moment. To do this, we focus on being aware of our breath, our body, and the world around us. We pay attention to our thoughts without judging them or trying to change them. Mindfulness can help us manage our emotions, relieve stress, and be calmer.
