Non-disclosure agreement

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is like a secret promise between two people or companies. Let's say that Ben and Sarah decide to work together on a project. Ben and Sarah will both need to share certain private information with each other. So, Ben and Sarah both sign an NDA. This way, they both promise not to tell anyone else the private information they share.
