Paradise Lost

Paradise Lost is a poem written by John Milton. It is about Adam and Eve, who were the first humans, who were created by God. They were put in a perfect world, called Paradise, where there were no troubles or worries. But one day, a serpent tricked them into disobeying God by eating from a special tree. As a punishment, God sent Adam and Eve away from Paradise and made life hard for them. The poem tells about their journey and how they made the best of the situation, even though it was really difficult.
