Participatory democracy

Participatory democracy is a way we can make decisions together as a group. A lot of times, people in a group, like a city or a country, want to make sure everyone's opinions are heard and respected, even if they're all different. Participatory democracy is a way of doing that. Instead of just one person making all the decisions for everyone, participatory democracy gives everyone in the group a chance to be heard. Everyone can have a say and have their ideas taken into account. The goal is to make decisions that everyone agrees with and can support.
