Passive house

Passive House is a way of building houses that uses special techniques and materials to keep the inside comfortable even when the weather is hot or cold outside. The walls, windows, and roof are designed to keep the temperature inside the house even, and the house will also be sealed up tightly so that no warm or cool air can escape. That way, the house can stay comfortable without using a lot of energy from air conditioning or heating systems.
