Pattern

Patterns are a bunch of things that look alike in a special way. If you wear a shirt with stripes on it, you have a pattern on your shirt. If you look at a floor made of tiles and they're all laid in a repeating design, that's a pattern too. Patterns can be made up of shapes, colors, or other things that repeat in a certain way. Just like when you color the same picture over and over, patterns have things that happen again and again. People love patterns because they're easy to understand and they look cool too!
