Phenomenology in psychology is the study of how people experience life. It's about how we all experience our own lives, how we each feel and think and act in our daily lives. It looks at how we each make sense of the things we see, hear, touch, taste and smell. It helps us understand why we sometimes feel differently from other people, or why things that make sense to one person might not make sense to another. It looks at how different people can have different experiences of the same thing.
