Phytogeography

Phytogeography is the study of plants and how they are distributed around the world. It looks at which plants are found in different regions and how they got there. To understand this better, think of the world as a big map. Different parts of the map have different climates and landscapes. Plants grow based on where they find the right environment. Scientists use phytogeography to map these patterns and figure out why plants are where they are.
