ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Psychological resilience

Psychological resilience is when someone is able to bounce back from a difficult or stressful situation. For example, if you are in a tough spot, like losing your job, feeling really down, or a big scare, and you are still able to keep going and cope with whatever comes your way, then you have psychological resilience. It’s like a superpower that helps you stay strong in any situation. Think of it as an invisible armor that can protect you from tough things in life.
