Radioisotope heater unit

A radioisotope heater unit (RUH) is a device that uses special materials called radioisotopes to create heat. Inside the RUH there are containers filled with tiny pieces of radioisotopes. When these pieces get bigger, they give off energy in the form of heat. This heat is then used to warm things up, like a house or a car.
