Rankism

Rankism is when people take advantage of somebody because they think they are better or more important than that person. It happens in lots of different places like at school, work, and in the world. For example, if a teacher always gives one student all the best grades while they give bad grades to other students, that's rankism. It's not fair and it's wrong.
