Satipatthana is a practice from the Buddhist tradition that teaches us how to be mindful and aware of what is happening inside and around us. It is a way of paying attention to the present moment and noticing our thoughts, feelings, and physical body without reacting or judging them. When we practice Satipatthana, we become aware of whatever is happening inside our body and in our environment without trying to change it or make it different. We can watch our thoughts and feelings pass by without getting stuck in them or judging ourselves for having them. With this practice, we can become more mindful and aware of our life and make better decisions.
