Sea-Monkeys

Hey kiddo! Have you ever heard of sea-monkeys? They are tiny creatures that live in water and are really neat!

So, sea-monkeys are actually not monkeys at all, but tiny little shrimp-like creatures called brine shrimp. They are called sea-monkeys because they have long tails and they move around in water kind of like how monkeys swing from branches.

Now, the cool thing about sea-monkeys is that you can actually buy them as pets! You get a little packet of eggs that you put into water, and after a few days, they hatch into teeny-tiny sea-monkeys that you can watch grow and play.

You’ll need to give them food every once in a while so that they can grow big and strong. Their food is called “sea-monkey food” and you just sprinkle it into their water.

Sea-monkeys are really easy to take care of, but they do need a clean environment to live in. So, make sure to change their water regularly and keep their tank or container nice and clean.

So, there you have it kiddo! Sea-monkeys are really fun pets to have and they’re a cool way to learn about some of the creatures that live in the water.
