Second-class citizen

Second-class citizen is a phrase used to describe people who are not treated fairly and are not given the same rights or privileges as other people. When someone is called a second-class citizen, it means that they are not treated equally or fairly and are not respected like everyone else. It usually happens because of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, physical abilities, or other factors. For example, women have often been treated as second-class citizens because they were not given the same rights as men in many parts of the world. This means that women were not allowed to vote or own property in many places, and were not given the same rights in the workplace.
