ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Serbian language

Serbian language is a way of communicating that is used by people who live in Serbia, which is a country in Europe. It is also spoken by people who live in other countries like Bosnia, Montenegro, and Croatia.

Just like how you learn words and how to say them in English, Serbian language has its own words and ways to say things. It uses a different alphabet, which means its letters and words may look different from what you are used to seeing in English.

In Serbian language, words can be changed depending on who is doing the action or who the action is being done to. For example, if someone wants to say "I am eating," they would say "Ja jedem." But if someone else wanted to say "she is eating," they would say "Ona jede." The word for eating changes depending on whether it's being done by a boy, a girl, or even an animal!

So, in summary, Serbian language is a way of talking and writing that is used in Serbia and other countries, and it has its own alphabet and way of changing words depending on who is doing the action.
