Stroboscope

A stroboscope is like a special flashlight that helps us see things that move really, really fast. It flashes a bright light really quickly, taking pictures of the thing while it moves.

You know how sometimes you see a toy car or an airplane in a movie and it looks like it's moving super fast? That's because they used a stroboscope to take lots of pictures of it really quickly, and then put those pictures together to make it look like it's moving smoothly.

Stroboscopes also help us see things that move too fast for our eyes to keep up with. For example, if a fan is spinning really fast, we might not be able to see each blade. But if we use a stroboscope, we can flash a light at just the right time to "freeze" the blades and see each one clearly.

So, a stroboscope is like a super-fast camera that can help us see things that move too fast for us to see with our own eyes.
