Subregion

Okay kiddo, a subregion is a smaller part of a bigger region. Imagine you have a big box of toys, and you want to organize them. You might put all the cars in one corner, all the dolls in another corner, and all the blocks in a different corner. Each corner is like a subregion of the big box of toys.

In the same way, a subregion is a smaller area within a larger area. For example, if we look at a map of the United States, we can see that there are different regions, like the Northeast, the Midwest, the West, and so on. But if we look closer, we can see that each region has smaller subregions, like states or cities within each region.

So, a subregion is just a smaller part of a bigger area, like a corner of a toy box or a state within a region of the United States.
