Survivorship bias

Survivorship bias is when you focus on the things that "survive" or do well and don't look at the things that don't do well. For example, imagine a group of 100 kids running a race. After the race, you look to see who won the race and only focus on them. If you do that, you are basically ignoring the kids that didn't do as well. That's survivorship bias.
