Thermal battery

A thermal battery is a special kind of battery that stores energy like a regular battery, but also stores heat. This means when the battery needs energy, the stored heat is used to help it work. Thermal batteries can be recharged by either receiving electricity or by taking heat from the environment. They can also be used to save energy by releasing heat when needed. This makes them really helpful in making power systems more efficient and reducing waste.
