Geothermal power

Geothermal power is a type of energy that comes from the heat inside the Earth. The Earth naturally produces heat and this heat can be used in a variety of ways. The most common way to turn this energy into useful things such as electricity, is by drilling deep into the ground and using the heat to boil water. The steam created by boiling the water can then be used to turn a turbine, which is much like a fan and creates energy or electricity. This electricity can then be used to power homes, businesses, and other things.
