Translation

Translation is when a person or computer takes words or ideas from one language and changes them into another language, so that someone who doesn't speak the original language can understand. For example, if a Spanish speaker needs help from an English speaker, the English speaker can use translation to turn Spanish words into English words that the English speaker can understand.
