Tteok-bokki

Tteok-bokki is a yummy dish from Korea that kids and adults love to eat! It's made of chewy rice cakes that have been boiled until they're soft and tender.

Then, they're cooked with a spicy and sweet sauce made of red chili paste, sugar, soy sauce, and other tasty ingredients. Some people like to add vegetables like carrots, onions or mushrooms to make it even more delicious!

You can eat tteok-bokki by itself or with other yummy foods like fish cakes or sausages. It's perfect for a quick snack or a meal that's ready in just a few minutes.

Just be careful, because the sauce can be really spicy! Make sure to have a glass of water nearby in case you need to cool down your mouth.
