Universal suffrage

Universal suffrage means that all people have the right to vote. This means that every person, regardless of things like race, gender, or age, can choose who their leaders or representatives in government will be by voting. You don't have to be a certain age or gender to vote. Everyone is able to help choose who represents them and make sure their voice is heard.
