Vocational skills

Vocational skills are skills related to different types of jobs. They help us to do certain tasks in our job, like using a computer, or fixing a car or baking a cake. Vocational skills don't have to do with school - they are something that we learn by working or practicing. To get good at vocational skills, we need to practice a lot and learn from experienced people who know how to do the job.
