Wage labour

Wage labour is when people get paid for doing some kind of work. For example, if you go to a store and buy something, the people who stocked it on the shelves, cleaned the store, and worked at the checkout got paid for their work. This kind of work is called wage labour and the people who do it are called wage workers. They get paid a certain amount of money for the work they do.
