Cachopo (dish)

Cachopo is a yummy food that is really special to the people of Spain. It is a big sandwich that is made up of two pieces of really thin meat, usually pork or beef, that is stuffed full of delicious cheese and ham. Imagine a big sandwich that is so big, it has two pieces of meat instead of bread! The meat is put around the cheese and ham, and then it is all cooked up until it is crispy and golden brown on the outside.

Some people in Spain like to put other things inside their cachopo, like tomato sauce or peppers, but the cheese and ham are the most important parts that make it so yummy. Cachopos can be served with french fries, salad, or even rice. You can eat a cachopo all by yourself or share it with your friends and family. It's so tasty that once you try it, you will want to have it again and again!
