ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Circular sourcing

Imagine you have a toy box with lots of different toys in it. You want to play with all of them, but you can't play with them all at the same time. So, you take one toy out and play with it for a little while, then put it back in the toy box and take out another toy.

Circular sourcing is a bit like playing with a toy box. It's when someone uses different suppliers to get the things they need, instead of always using the same one. Just like using different toys from the toy box, using different suppliers can help make sure you get the best things for your needs.

But that's not all – circular sourcing also means that suppliers get to take turns providing what you need. This is good for them because they get more chances to sell their products, and it's good for you because you get to pick from lots of different options.

Circular sourcing is a little bit more complicated than just playing with toys, because it involves lots of different people and businesses working together. But just like playing with toys, it can be a lot of fun and help you get the things you need.
