ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Construction aggregate

Construction aggregate is a fancy word for rocks, sand, and gravel that people use to build things like roads, bridges, and buildings. These rocks come from big rocks called boulders or smaller ones called pebbles, and they get crushed up into tiny pieces that can be used for construction. Think of it like breaking up a cookie into little pieces that you can use to make something else, like a cake. These tiny rocks also get cleaned and sorted into different sizes so that builders can use the right type of rock for each part of their project. So, construction aggregate is just a bunch of little rocks that we crush up and use to make big things!
