Ecological Restoration

Ecological restoration is when people help an environment become healthy again. For example, if a forest was destroyed by a fire, people can help the forest become healthy again by planting new trees, cleaning up the debris and garbage, and helping the animals that live in the forest find food and shelter. It's like taking care of a hurt animal - you have to help it get better so it can be healthy again.
