Environmental impact

Okay kiddo, so you know how we all live on planet Earth and it's important to take care of it, right? Well, sometimes people do things that can hurt the Earth and all the creatures that live on it. This is called the environmental impact.

Let's say you have a big garden and you love to play in it every day. But one day, you accidentally step on a flower and it breaks. That's a small environmental impact because it only affects one flower. Now imagine if you and all your friends kept stepping on the flowers, picking them, and throwing trash in the garden. That would be a big environmental impact because it would harm the whole garden and all the animals that live there.

Sometimes grown-ups do things like cutting down trees, using too much water, or polluting the air and water with chemicals. These things can harm animals, plants, and even humans who depend on the environment to survive. That's why it's really important for everyone to try to be careful and not harm the environment. We need to take care of it so we can live happy and healthy lives!
