Ephesus

Ephesus is a really old city that lots of people used to live in a long time ago. People lived in houses made of stone and there were lots of roads and buildings and even a big amphitheater where they would watch plays and shows. There was also a big temple called the Temple of Artemis where people would go to worship the goddess Artemis. Many people visited Ephesus and it was known as a really important and beautiful city. But over time, less and less people lived there and eventually it became deserted. Now, people visit Ephesus to see the old buildings and learn about what life was like a long, long time ago.
