Ethnonationalism

Ethnonationalism is when people of the same culture or ethnicity (like sharing the same language, religion, or national origin) come together to form a group that they consider to be their own 'nation'. It is important to them because they want to keep their identity and culture alive, and sometimes even fight for the recognition and respect of their rights and traditions.
