Exploration of Mars

Exploring Mars means sending robots, satellites, and even people to Mars to learn about it. For example, robots can go to Mars and explore its surface. They can take pictures, measure temperature, and look for signs of life. Satellites can orbit Mars and send back information about its atmosphere and weather. People can travel to Mars to explore and study its geology (the study of rocks and landforms). By exploring Mars, we can learn more about the planet and life beyond Earth.
