Fiction writing

Fiction writing is when you write a story that is not true, but just something you made up in your own head. Like when you tell your friends a made-up story about a dragon that lives in your backyard.

When you start writing a story, you have to think of characters, which are the people or creatures in your story. You also need to think about the setting or the place where the story is happening. This could be a castle, a jungle, or a spaceship.

Once you have your characters and setting, you get to make up what happens in the story. You can have your characters go on adventures or face challenges. You can make them fall in love or fight with each other. It's all up to your imagination!

When you write your story, you use words to describe what's happening. You want to make your story interesting and fun to read, so you use lots of adjectives and verbs to make your writing exciting.

After you finish your story, you can share it with others. They might enjoy reading it and getting lost in the world you created. And who knows, maybe one day you could become a famous author and have lots of people read and love your stories!
