Kafta

Kafta is a yummy food that is made from ground meat, usually beef or lamb. Imagine squishing up the meat so it's in little pieces like sand, and then forming them into little sausage shapes. That's what kafta looks like.

People usually cook kafta on a grill or in the oven, but it can also be cooked on a stove. When it's cooked, kafta is usually juicy and tender, and it tastes really good with things like rice, vegetables, or bread.

Kafta is a popular food in many different countries, like Lebanon, Turkey, and Iran. People make it in different ways depending on where they're from, but it's always pretty simple to make. Even grown-ups who are not very good at cooking usually can make kafta without messing it up!
