ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Liberal arts education

Liberal arts education is when you learn different subjects like English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and other subjects related to the humanities (like art, music, philosophy, psychology, etc.). You don't just learn one subject or focus on one single career-focused skill, but instead learn about a lot of different topics that can help you become well-rounded. Learning about a variety of topics can help you better understand the world around you and give you a better understanding of different people, cultures, and ideas.
