Majoritarianism

Majoritarianism means that the group that is the biggest or has the most people in it will get what it wants. It means that if most people in a certain group think that one thing should happen, then that thing will happen, even if the people in different groups disagree. For example, if people in a city vote on whether they should build a new park, and most of the people vote yes, the park will get built, even if some people voted no.
