ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Manual labour

Manual labour means working with your hands to get things done. It's when you use your muscles to lift, push, pull or carry heavy things, dig holes, chop wood, or help build or fix things. It is the type of work that doesn't require special skills or education but rather relies on a person's physical strength and stamina to complete. Jobs that involve manual labour include farming, construction, cleaning, and manufacturing. It is important to understand that manual labour can be very hard work, which is why it's important to take breaks and stay hydrated. People who do manual labour work often have to wear protective gear like gloves, hard hats, and steel-toed boots to keep themselves safe. This type of work can be rewarding but can also be tiring, so it's important to take care of your body by getting enough rest and exercise.
