MedDRA

Meddra is a big wordbank with lots of medical words. It has lots of different kinds of words for different kinds of illnesses, treatments, and conditions. Doctors use the words in Meddra to talk about different medical things. For example, if someone broke their arm, the doctor would use words from Meddra to explain what happened and how the arm was broken. The words in Meddra have been carefully chosen by a group of experts who know a lot about medicine. That way, doctors use the same words no matter where they are, so they all understand each other.
