Mindfulness meditation is a practice that helps you be aware of what you're thinking and feeling in the moment. It's like taking a break from all your worries and thoughts and just paying attention to your breath and the present moment. To practice it, find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then start to focus on your breath. Notice the feeling of the air coming in and out of your nose. Keep focusing your attention on the feeling of your breath. Whenever your mind wanders away, bring your attention back to your breath. Do this for a few minutes and when you're done, slowly open your eyes. That's mindfulness meditation!
