Nicodemite

Nicodemites are people who follow the religion they were raised in, but don’t tell anyone about it – they keep it a secret. It's like hiding your faith and pretending to be someone else. For example, you might be a Christian but you don't tell your friends or family about it, so you can fit in at school more easily. It can be a difficult decision to make, because it can feel like you're betraying your faith, but sometimes it's necessary to protect yourself from being different.
