No True Scotsman

No true Scotsman is when someone says that a certain group of people must behave in a specific way. For example, a true Scotsman would never do something bad. But this doesn't actually make sense, because people can do bad things no matter what their nationality or background is. So it's wrong to think that everyone who belongs to a certain group should act in a certain way because of their background or nationality.
