Non food crops

Non food crops are plants that are grown not to be eaten but for other purposes. Just like how we grow flowers in a garden to look pretty, non food crops are grown for other reasons.

Some non food crops are grown to make clothes, like cotton or hemp. Other non food crops are used to make paper, like trees or bamboo. Some crops are grown to make medicine, like aloe vera or chamomile. And some crops are grown to make fuel, like corn or soybeans.

So, even though we don't eat these plants, they still have important uses in our daily lives.
