Recruitment is like putting together a big puzzle - a very important one. Imagine you are playing with puzzles and you want to make a picture of a beautiful animal, like a lion or a giraffe. But you don't have all the pieces in your puzzle box, and you need to find them to finish the puzzle.

Now, think of a company like a huge playground or a zoo where many people work together to do different things like make toys, take care of animals, and build houses. When a company needs to find new workers to help them do things they haven't done before or to fill empty spaces, they use recruitment.

Recruitment is basically when the company looks for people who can help them do their jobs better, and they search for these people in many different places. Some of these places could be online job sites, social media platforms, or through networking.

The company will look for people who have certain skills, experience, or even personality traits that will fit into the job role they are trying to fill. It's like searching for puzzle pieces that will fit into the picture that the company wants to create.

Once the company finds the right people who fit the puzzle pieces they are looking for, they will invite them to apply for the job. After that, the company will interview the people and see if they really fit what they are looking for. If everything goes well, the company will hire the person and start training them to do their job.

Recruitment is important because finding the right people to work in a company is like finding the right pieces to finish a puzzle. If the pieces don't fit together properly, the picture won't look right, and the company won't be able to do its job the way it wants to.
