Usufruct

Usufruct is when you are allowed to use something that belongs to someone else. For example, if someone owns a house and they let you live in it or use it, that's usufruct. The owner still owns the house, but you are allowed to enjoy using it. It's like borrowing, except you don't have to give it back.
